Reflections are required for each assignment. The guiding questions are for aid—students are not required to answer every single one.
FAQs
Do I physically need to live near the Cathedral to be able to attend the classes?
No—this program is available for the whole diocese of Boston. Class content is all online. Chapters meet virtually once each week to review any questions or concerns. This is usually a great opportunity for students to dive deeper into the theology of the Church that the videos might not get into.
I am already a Catholic. Can I still join the program?
Yes! The program is open to anyone who is interested in growing in understanding or faith. We just ask that anyone who is Catholic follow the same course requirements as the non-Catholic students entering the faith. After completion of the program, all alumni are eligible to attend the monthly retreats and the annual pilgrimages.
I missed the start of the program on November 1st, can I still join?
Yes, enrollment is open! You can start the program whenever you like and complete it at your own pace, and your spiritual director will confirm when you are ready to receive the Sacraments.
