Northern Territory folk musician, author and political campaigner Ted Egan has died at the age of 93.
He moved to the Top End as a teenager and got involved in local sport and Indigenous rights.
And ended up as the Queen's representative in the Territory.
But it was his long career as a singer and song-writer that made him a household name there.
