Police have charged a man as part of investigations into a fatal shooting in Logan, south of Brisbane.
Emergency services were called to Hugh Muntz Park in Beenleigh around 10:40pm on Tuesday, where they found a 35-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his chest.
He was declared dead at the scene.
Police allege a stolen Kia Stonic left the scene and was spotted in Labrador on the Gold Coast at about 1:30am.

The car was stopped after police used a tyre deflation device and a 22-year-old Beenleigh man was arrested after allegedly fleeing the vehicle and "hiding underwater amongst the reeds" near Saltwater Park.
Police allege a firearm was found nearby and ammunition was found in the man's possession.
He has been charged with unlawful use of a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of a firearm, possessing explosives and receiving tainted property, and is due to face the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Thursday.
