Parents in NSW warned of potentially more school closures due to bushfire risk

Parents in NSW have been warned if schools are in a bushfire-prone area, they may be directed to close on days of increased risk, throughout the annual bushfire danger period from October to March. 

Twenty-six public schools across the NSW Central West and Riverina were shut last Wednesday due to an elevated bushfire risk.
