A Bite To Eat With Alice: Lemon drop mocktail

Ingredients
Method
- Rub the lemon zest and sugar together on a small saucer then rub the rim of the glasses with one of the squeezed lemon halves to moisten, and dip into the sugar mix.
- Pop the lemon juice, marmalade, salt and non-alcoholic gin/water into a cocktail shaker with a scoop of ice. Shake together until the shaker feels cold then pour through a sieve into the coupe glasses.
- Serve with a slice of lemon.
