A Bite To Eat With Alice: Lemon drop mocktail

Ingredients

Method

  1. Rub the lemon zest and sugar together on a small saucer then rub the rim of the glasses with one of the squeezed lemon halves to moisten, and dip into the sugar mix.
  2. Pop the lemon juice, marmalade, salt and non-alcoholic gin/water into a cocktail shaker with a scoop of ice. Shake together until the shaker feels cold then pour through a sieve into the coupe glasses.
  3. Serve with a slice of lemon.
